This phase involves timely installation and configuration of systems

Privacy/Security Compliance Manager to ensure nothing is overlooked.

- Installation of Documentation Management System
- Training on New Systems and Procedures
- Education for Executives and Staff
- Compliance Reports for Certification
Management
If required, we will revisit your systems on a quarterly, biannual or annual basis to
reassess the integrity of the current installation and evaluate adjustments made
to supported services, procedures or HIPAA regulations.

- Intrusion Detection and Network Monitoring
- Continued Education on Regulation Changes
- Privacy Audits
